3 United Front gang members sentenced | SouthCoastToday.com: "sentences, handed out in Boston over a three-day stretch to Terrell Baptiste, John Burgos and Aaron Livramento, come tethered to post-release conditions ordering them to stay away from United Front Homes Housing development, located off Kempton Street, and to not associate with United Front gang members.
On March 18, 2008, Baptiste, 24, was found in a Jean Street apartment, where police found more than 300 grams of crack cocaine, a .40-caliber firearm loaded with 10 rounds, 511 rounds of .22-caliber ammunition, two safes with more than $5,600 in cash, a police scanner, a scale and packaging materials.
This January, he pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute more than 50 grams of cocaine base, possession with intent to distribute more than 50 grams of cocaine base within 1,000 feet of a school and being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition.
The police investigation, according to U.S. Attorney Carmen M. Ortiz's office, revealed Baptiste was using the apartment to sell drugs for several months leading up to his arrest.
On May 4, U.S. District Judge Joseph L. Tauro sentenced Baptiste to 15 years in prison, to be followed by 10 years of supervised release."
